H\FC plans are paid monthly or annually. Pricing depends on the selected tier. Our Enterprise plans include custom billing and payment terms, and offer discounts for longer term contracts.

All programs on Home From College are paid. Companies can pay students at a hourly or monthly rate.

Paying GIG participants is required to be at minimum federal minimum wage, but beyond that, is entirely at the company’s discretion.

Students get paid exclusively through the H\FC platform. Students connect their bank accounts to their H\FC profile and submit their time through the H\FC Time Tracker. Companies are charged monthly for student’s time worked through a monthly invoice. A 20% service fee is included on all student compensation invoices.

You can cancel anytime. Canceling while a GIG is live or active will result in all applicants and/or active GIG participants being notified of rejection. All student time that is not yet paid is invoiced and charged at the end of the billing cycle.

Companies can continue to source and message candidates until they accept candidates they like.
