In my digital marketing projects and Markstrat commercial team simulations, I identify bugs in web tools and prototypes by running manual tests across browsers/devices and checking analytics for user drop-offs or errors. For documentation, I create concise tickets in tools like Trello or Google Sheets with repro steps, screenshots, expected vs. actual results, and priority levels to streamline fixes. This practical method from my coursework keeps products user-friendly and ties into my skills in project management and consumer goods marketing.

An example is my current participation as a focus area leader for the innovation collective club in my School. Even working on projects for my principles of management class. communicating, creating, researching, and presenting a company of our choice to discuss its business growth, pros and cons, and what the business should focus on to share its message and goal.

Still getting used to this, it has helped me organize my responses and update my resume to get a higher chance of review.
